2012 NHC General Membership Meeting

Please join us for our yearly NHC General Membership Meeting. This is your opportunity to learn about this year's focus, goals and programs that continue to bring value to you and all our members.

We are pleased to announce that Zillow Chief Economist Stan Humphries will be presenting an economic update. His presentation will highlight Zillow’s new Home Value Forecast model. A copy of the research report will be given to all attending.

WINE TASTING BY: Lachini Vinyards

We are pleased to have the support of Marianne and Ron Lachini of Lachini Vineyards who have prepared a wine tasting for this event. They founded their Estate vineyard in Oregon's Chehalem Mountains in the North Willamette Valley in 1998 and began crafting artisan wines in 2001. Passionate about meticulous farming, the Estate vineyard is farmed with Biodynamic® practices.  From limited-production Pinot Noirs to small lots of Chardonnay and Cabernet Sauvignon from some of Washington’s finest vineyards, we hope everyone will enjoy some fine wine.

There is parking in the building for the hours we are having the event. Also, we are across the street from Benaroya Hall. You can park there as well if you like.
 
Please have everyone take the elevator to the 31st floor. There will be someone in the waiting area that will open the door to let people in.
 
Walk downstairs to the 30th floor kitchen area. There will be seats.
