Activity was up once again in the Area 701 condominium market. New listings were up 4.5% over the previous week as were Pending listings at an increase of 50%. The value trend in the market has new listings averaging mid-$500/ft and Sold listings averaging mid to high $400/ft. NWMLS Area 701 (Downtown/Belltown) Condominium Update-August 17th

Activity was up last week for new listings in the Area 701 condo market with 22 new Active listings. Pending listings and Sold listings were both slighly up as well, although Median Prices and Average $/SF was down in both segments. Why were values down? Area 701 Weekly Condominium Update-July 27th

Activity and values were down across the board last week in the MLS Area 701 (Downtown/Belltown) condo market. Median Price and Avg $/SF for new Active listings were the only categories higher week over week. The median price of new listings was up 13.6% to $499,000 and the average $/SF of new listings was up 9.3% to $542.51. Area 701 Weekly Condominium Update-July 20th

Great week in the Area 701 (Downtown Seattle/Belltown) condominium market! New listings were up 108% to 25 and Sold listings were up 250% to 7 from the previous week. Median home prices were up in each MLS status from the previous week highlighted by an increase of 104% to $560,000 in Sold listings. Area 701 Weekly Condominium Update

New listings were down last week from the previous week by 29.5% with 12 new listings. Pending sales were up 400% week over week. The median price of Pending listings was also up week over week by 69.8% to $535,000 and Avg $/SF up by 16.8% to $532.19. Sold listings were down 75% week over week and the median price of Sold listings was down 22.9% to $273,875. Tune in each Monday for the 701 weekly update!
