Go forth and Co-brand.
Below is a photo of a campaign I’ve developed. It’s a way to support other local businesses and hopefully get more legitimate leads. You work with a local restaurant owner to place a box in the restaurant where the customers can enter to win a gift card to the restaurant (which you purchase) in a monthly drawing. The registration card asks for the customer’s name, email and phone. It asks if he/she would like to hear about specials from the restaurant (these names would be provided to the restaurant owner). The card also asks if folks are interested in your services (in my case a home purchase loan or refinance). An agent could use the same idea or, better yet, let’s work together as a team, promoting you as a real estate professional and myself as a lender while also driving more business to the restaurant.
